Susan Sturm - Founder, TalentSync Group

Susan built a successful career in Talent Management, designing and managing programs that impacted thousands of leaders globally. Her education in organizational communication soon became a passion as she saw that ineffective communication practices were at the root of many of her clients’ problems. Working for companies like FranklinCovey, DDI, Korn Ferry, Excelerated Learning, and others, she became certified in top industry solutions and used that knowledge to help her clients.

Over 30 years of industry experience taught her:

  • Companies invest significant time and resources researching, evaluating, and contracting with vendors for solutions that often fail to deliver the expected outcomes. These solutions are frequently abandoned due to shifting priorities or leadership turnover—only for the cycle to repeat itself.
